BTsys is a desktop bug tracking system. The main goal is developing lightweight free open source desktop bugtracker. There are a lot of excellent web-based open source bug tracking system, but not desktop. I think this project will fill this niche.

Target platform - Windows with .NET Framework
Database - any server or desktop engine via ADO.NET
Target audience - individual developers and small teams 2-20 members
